Most days people bring books to the shop at a rate of about 100 a day on all subjects, but we also clear larger private collections. These are listed chronologically below.

We've been on the road buying a lot recently, from the library of a retired minister in Rothesay to several large local collections.  About 3,000 new books have come in over the past week.

A good collection of Children's books, including a large number or Eleanor Brent-Dyer's Chalet School stories.
